If you experience connectivity issues while attempting to access Hapara Dashboard from inside the school network, and you do not experience these issues outside the network, local network filtering may be affecting your connection.
To ensure that teachers can access and use Hapara Dashboard, the following URLs should be whitelisted on any firewall, antivirus software, or web filter used on your teacher network.
If you are using Hapara Highlights, these URLs must also be whitelisted for your student network:
- wss://ws.pusherapp.com on port 443
- ws://ws.pusherapp.com on port 80
