Authorization issues most commonly stem from confusion with Google's account management and login system, but can also be the result of local browser cache corruption.
If you are seeing the below message in Hapara Dashboard, please click Switch account and log in with your school Google account. If unsuccessful, please try these troubleshooting steps:
