Who can view Hall Pass Analytics
Hall Pass Analytics is available to users in the Tech Admin or Leadership groups at the school or domain level.
To update access:
- Go to Hāpara Admin Console.
- Select User Permissions.
- Select Roles.
- Add the user to the appropriate Tech Admin or Leadership group.
Note: It can take an overnight process for group permissions to update.
How to access Hall Pass Analytics
- Sign in to Hāpara Dashboard.
- Select Hall Pass from the top menu.
3. In the left menu, select Analytics.
4. If your district has multiple schools, use the school drop-down menu to select the school you want to review.
What Hall Pass Analytics shows
Hall Pass Analytics can show data from the last 30 days, including:
Hall Pass volume over time — shows how many passes were created each day by status, such as returned, did not return, denied or returned late.
Daily peak movement — shows the busiest hours for student movement.
Student usage summary — shows students who request passes most often, including pass count and average duration.
Staff approval summary — shows staff members receiving requests and how many they approved or denied.
Hall Pass locations — shows the most-used destinations, such as bathroom, nurse, library, counselor, locker or main office.
Peak activity by location — shows when specific locations are busiest.
