Not able to sign into my Hāpara teacher account Follow
If you're a teacher who is having an issue signing in to your Hāpara account, please follow these steps. If solution 1 does not fix the issue, please try solution 2 and then solution 3.
Problem
I am a teacher and unable to sign in to my Hāpara account.
Solution 1:
- Sign out of all Google accounts. In your school Gmail account, click on your profile photo in the top right. Click Sign out at the bottom of the window to sign out of all accounts.
- Log back into your school Google account. > Then visit app.hapara.com to open Hāpara. NOTE: Do NOT use an existing bookmark or shortcut.
Solution 2:
- Copy and paste the below link into your Chrome browser window. This will clear your browsing data. chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Select the Advanced tab. > Then select All time. > Next, check these three boxes:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Hosted app data
- Click the blue Delete data button at the bottom.
Solution 3:
- Copy and paste the link below to your Chrome browser. This is a shortcut to check that third party cookies are not blocked. chrome://settings/privacy
- In Privacy and security, click Third-party cookies and Allow third-party cookies.
Post troubleshooting note: If all previous steps fail, please try an Incognito window, ensuring that third-party cookies are not blocked.
