Reports overview
Reports allow you to access Hāpara teacher usage and see how teachers in your district or school are using the Hāpara Instructional Suite. These reports show Hāpara Instructional Suite usage within a domain at the district or school(s) level and allow you to generate your own reports on demand.
The reports give insight into the following monthly usage:

- Number of users per month
- All teachers cumulative use
- Which pages of the Hāpara Instructional Suite are being accessed the most
- What actions are being taken on these pages
Report access
Authorized users can view the data for schools they have access to via their membership in the District or School TD Administrators Google group. Adding members to the domain level td.administrators group will allow users to access usage reports for all schools in the domain. Users added to school level admin groups (e.g., td.administrators.schoolcode) will only have access to their assigned school usage reports.
The Hāpara Usage Reports can only be viewed from within the Hāpara Admin Console.
Data report views
The reports consists of four different views of usage data:
Number of Users
This usage data shows the monthly number of unique teachers who have accessed the Hāpara Instructional Suite across your domain.
Days Active
This usage data shows the total number of days in which all unique teachers have used the Hāpara Instructional Suite each month across your domain.
Pages Visited
This usage data shows the total number of pages each month that all the teachers on your domain have used within the Hāpara Instructional Suite.
On this page, the graph displays the main areas that teachers are using. The data is shown as a stacked graph per month. Clicking on the drop-down field above the graph allows you to filter and review specific pages.
Actions Used
This usage data displays the main features that teachers have been using in the Hāpara Instructional Suite each month.
The data is shown as a stacked graph per month. Clicking on the drop-down field above the graph allows you to filter and review specific pages.
The list of features used will change depending on the parts of the Hāpara Instructional Suite that each school has enabled and used. Only the top 20 features in use are shown in the graph. By using the filter drop-down field above the graph, you are able to isolate any specific feature listed.
