What is Private Library?
Private Library is a collection of private Workspaces that are only visible within your school or district. If your organization is subscribed to Private Library, you can find the Workspaces under the Our Library tab.
Private Library gives you access to the Workspaces:
- Aligned to your curriculum and community needs
- Curated or created by teachers across your organization.
It also allows you to share Workspaces you have created.
How do I add a Workspace to my school/district library?
You can add a Workspace to your school/district library by clicking the Add to library button on the top right corner of the Workspace.
It will then appear in the Uncategorized tab within Our Library.
Once you have added the Workspace to the Private Library, the digital resource manager has the ability to add it to a collection, making it easy for other teachers to view and make a copy of it.
How do I make a copy of a Workspace from my school/district library?
In Private Library, if you find a Workspace that you would like to use in your classroom, simply click Copy in the top right corner.
Once the copy is generated, you can find it under the My Workspace tab.
From there, you can edit the Workspace to best suit the needs of your students. By having your own copy, you can:
- Use and adapt any resources and assignments
- Add groups
- Add your own cards
These features allow you to meet each of your students' individual needs.
