Create a Hall pass
- Select Hall pass.
- Choose one of your assigned classes.
- Select the location of pass you need.
- Submit the request.
After you submit your request, your teacher/s will be able to review it. Your pass will stay on screen so you can see whether it is still waiting, approved, or denied.
Note: Your school administrator may have set a daily pass limit, if you reach your limit you will not be able to request any more passes until the following day.
Wait for teacher approval
Once your request has been submitted, it will show as Pending until your teacher responds.
This means your request has been sent, but it is not active yet. You should stay in class and wait until your teacher approves the pass before leaving.
Use your approved pass
If your teacher approves the request, your Hall pass becomes active and the timer starts counting down.
While the pass is active, you can keep the Hall pass open to check how much time is left. This helps you return on time and makes it easier to manage your time while you are out of class.
6. When the student returns, they will then click the End pass button to end the Hall pass.
End your pass when you return
- Return to class.
- Open your active Hall pass.
- Select End pass.
It is important to end your pass as soon as you return. This lets your teacher know that you are back and keeps your Hall pass record accurate.
If your pass is denied
If your teacher denies your request, the pass will show as Denied.
You can close the denied request and remain in class. If you still need to leave, speak with your teacher first and follow your school’s normal classroom process.
History

- Go to History.
- Review your previous Hall passes.
Your history shows the passes you have created before and the status of each one. This can help you check whether a pass was approved, denied, ended correctly, or closed automatically.
