Google Cloud has reported that the underlying network infrastructure has recovered following a service degradation affecting multiple products/ Google is continuing to validate the recovery of individual services.

Hāpara Impact: Teachers and students may still experience issues accessing Hāpara, including Server Error messages

Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate the impact on Hāpara services and working to restore normal access.

We will provide another update as soon as more information is available.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption related to an ongoing Google Cloud issue.

Impact: Teachers and Students may encounter a “Server Error” message when accessing Hāpara and may be unable to access the platform.
