The issue with Highlights should be resolved. Users should be able to use Highlights without any errors around guided sessions, sending messages, viewing highlights tabs, and more. Teacher Dashboard and Student Dashboard should all be working fine now.
Note: Any new Google Classrooms synced and Data loaded classes will not appear on the manage classes page. (Classes may look like they are missing from your point of view). We are actively working to get this patched up.

We are continuing to investigate the issue. The issues around access to Hapara and its services continue to be reported across Workspace and in Highlights. The overall symptom is the inability to login/access parts of the product and or use them. We will provide further updates as we are able.

We have been receiving intermittent reports of login issues & Highlights issues: failure to un-pause screens, start guided browsing sessions, and other common Highlights issues. Trouble logging into Hapara. Our team is investigating with the highest priority and will provide more information shortly.
