On April 21, 2021, 03:00 pm ET, 12:00 pm PT, April 22, 2021, 07:00 am NZT, Hapara was impacted by several outages towards Dashboard and Workspace. This was caused by technical backend errors on our system. Please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Hapara, and we are implementing further improvements to make our systems better.

The issue with Dashboard & Workspace should be resolved. Teachers and students should be able to access their workspaces and dashboards with no issue now.
If you continue to experience any delays or in-accessibility, reload your page and all should be good.

We are continuing to investigate the service disruption in Dashboard and Workspace. Teachers and students alike are continuing to experience issues with Dashboard and Workspace.
Some users may be able to use Hapara normally now. We will provide further updates as we are able.

We're investigating reports of an issue with Hapara Workspace.
Teachers and Students may not be able to access Workspaces, see any workspaces, experience long delays, and may see a blank page with a loading icon or a sad Kiwi error page:
Student Dashboard is also impacted. Students may not be able to see any workspaces or may not be able to access their student dashboard. Expect extreme delays and in-accessibility during this time.
We are investigating and will provide more information shortly. We appreciate your patience while we investigate this further.
