We are investigating reports of students intermittently showing offline in Hāpara Highlights. Teachers may be seeing “Just a minute, we are connecting to student device” or students showing as offline. Teachers may also be experiencing forced logouts as well.
All aspects of Highlights are impacted as of this moment. We apologize for this inconvenience.
