The issue with Hāpara Highlights should now be resolved, and students should be showing online again.
If all students in a class continue to display as offline, please run a Highlights Diagnostic check from any impacted student device and submit the results to our Support team for further investigation.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your ongoing patience and continued support. Our teams will continue our investigation from here and implement further improvements to ensure better stability and performance for the future.

We are investigating reports of students intermittently showing offline in Hāpara Highlights. Teachers may be seeing “Just a minute, we are connecting to student device” or students showing as offline.
Our team is investigating with the highest priority and will provide more information shortly.
