The Hāpara setup process
We’ve worked hard to make sure that your Hāpara setup goes as smoothly as possible. There are several different ways to configure your Hāpara setup to make sure it meets the needs of the teachers and learners in your school.
Your Hāpara Implementation Specialist will walk you through your Hāpara setup during an implementation call. Before you meet with your Implementation Specialist, please be sure to complete the prerequisite checklist.
There are a few ways to load your data into Hāpara including manual loading via spreadsheet, Google Classroom sync, teacher-created classes, cURL loading and syncing with your student information system. Each method has its benefits but can also impact what Hāpara functionality is available to you. Before you choose a data loading method, carefully review your options.
After your implementation call, you’ll be connected with your personal Engagement Manager. This person will be your point of contact for all things Hāpara going forward. Your Engagement Manager will help you get set up with your Professional Learning contact.
The Hāpara Professional Learning team should reach out to you to set up a professional learning consultation. During this call, they’ll help you think through your Hāpara rollout and discuss some of our training options. We believe strongly in a train-the-trainer model but have several options available.
We’ll provide ongoing support and product updates to you and your teachers via in-app messages, regular emails (be sure to whitelist community@Hāpara.com for your district!) and through our community.
