Highlights Service Disruption - September 12, 2019: RESOLVED Follow

On 12th and 13th Sept 2019, around 11:00 PT, 14:00 ET some teachers may have experienced a disruption to Hapara Highlights.

We have identified a component in the Highlights backend infrastructure which was becoming unresponsive as the load that is placed on the system increased. We have scaled this component up to make it more resilient. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue, and will implement further improvements to prevent this recurring again.

The issue with Hapara Highlights should now be resolved.

If you are experiencing ongoing issues with Hapara Highlights, please run a Highlights diagnostic test from any impacted student device and submit the results to our Support Team.

We are investigating reports of issues with Hapara Highlights.

Some teachers may see the following messages in Highlights, "Wait a minute, student information is on its way.", or "Just a minute, we are connecting to student device".
