At approximately 4:30 PM PST/ 11:30 AM NZT, we began receiving elevated reports of Highlights issues.
Teachers may see students appearing as offline, and a message stating that your students are outside the school's network.
When running a Highlights diagnostic test from any impacted student device, you may see the communication test fail with an error stating "Students enrolled-no valid-user."
Our engineering team is investigating the root cause of this disruption and recommends that Google Administrators check and confirm that the schools' IP configuration matches the IP address the students are connecting to.
