Hapara Service Disruption - October 12, 2018 - RESOLVED Follow

Update: Google has confirmed the Service Disruption impacting Hapara has been resolved.

At approximately 12:30 AM NZT or 4:30 PM PST (October 11), we began receiving elevated reports of errors within Hapara.

Our Engineering team is currently investigating the root cause of the disruption and has identified the issue in relation to the Google network outage.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we are working with Google to get this matter resolved as soon as possible.
