Hapara Highlights Service Disruption - October 4, 2018 - RESOLVED Follow

At approximately 10:00 AM PST or 6:00 AM NZT, we began receiving elevated reports of errors on our applications.


We experienced service degradation affecting our Highlight application. Our engineering team identified the root cause of the disruption and implemented a fix to the degradation.

We are doing additional investigations to make sure this issue does not occur again.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the Outage.
