Troubleshooting Guided Browsing Sessions (Focused and Filtered Browsing) Follow
Guided Browsing Sessions allow teachers to focus student browsing to or from specific websites. This powerful tool can aid in student learning and focus, and allow more time to teach rather than monitor student activity.
There is a simple and effective method for teachers to quickly report problem reports during impacted Focused or Filtered Browsing sessions. This sends important information about the reported Focus Session to the Hapara Support team. Our Support team team investigates each report and will reach out via email directly to the teacher with troubleshooting advice and possible solutions.
To report a problem with a Focused or Filtered Session:
1. Click the flag icon to the right of an impacted student's name:
