Troubleshooting Focused Browsing Follow

Focused Browsing allows teachers to initiate sessions in which students can only access specific websites. This powerful tool can aid in student learning and focus, and allow more time to teach rather than monitor student activity.

There is simple and effective method for teachers to quickly report problem reports during Focused Browsing sessions. This sends important information about the reported Focus Browsing Session to the Hapara Support team. The team will investigate the report and reach out via email with any additional troubleshooting steps, questions or possible solutions.

To report a problem with a Focused Browsing Session:

1. Click the exclamation point icon to the right of an impacted student's name:
