Hāpara authentication and dataloads have returned to a normal level of operation. We are monitoring the previous issues to ensure there are no further problems to our customers. We apologize for this extended issue but feel confident in the resolution at this time.

Hāpara engineers have discovered the root cause of the authentication and dataload issues that have been occurring. They have put fixes in place and we expect that syncs will run as expected overnight. We will continue to monitor the situation overnight and update here as needed.

At this moment, there are no issues with authentication, although we still consider there to be intermittent disruptions. However, SIS syncs, manual data loads, and Google Classroom syncs may not function properly, but is being investigated by our engineers.

We are continuing to observe intermittent data loading and authentication issues with Hapara. Administrators, teachers, and students may not be able to access Hapara. In addition, SIS syncs, manual data loads, and Google Classroom syncs may not function properly.

We are aware of intermittent authentication and data loading issues with Hapara. Administrators, teachers, and students may not be able to access Hapara. In addition, SIS syncs, manual data loads, and Google Classroom syncs may not function properly.

In addition to issues below, Google Classroom synced classes may not be showing up in Teacher Dashboard as expected. We continue to investigate this issue.

Overnight dataloads could have been interrupted, creating inconsistencies with class and student data in Teacher Dashboard. More updates to come later in the day.
Hāpara Dashboards and the Hāpara Admin Console are now stable and being monitored by our team. Intermittent access could still arise throughout the day and will be investigated.
