Verifying student extension connectivity: step 1 Follow

Quick tip: Hapara Highlights has a self-diagnostic check that is run from a student device, and can resolve some commonly experienced issues, including blank student panels.

To use it, first log in to Chrome as a student. You might want to do this on a student device. And you will want to do this while on the network students will be using.
