Highlights Service Disruption: March 24 ,2017 - RESOLVED Follow

We have had elevated reports with students activity not being displayed on Hapara Highlights.

Our team found the root cause of this disruption was due to a configuration issue in the Hapara Backend. We've updated our configuration to get Hapara Highlights working again.

We apologise for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience while we investigated and worked to resolving this disruption.

If you experience any Highlights errors, please run a Highlights Student Diagnostics Check in the first instance to isolate the problem and further troubleshoot.
