This morning, we have received elevated reports of issues displaying student activity on Hapara Highlights.
Our team found the root cause of this disruption was due to a configuration issue in the Hapara Backend. We've updated our configuration to get Hapara Highlights working again.
If you experience any Highlights errors, please run a Highlights Student Diagnostics Check in the first instance to isolate the problem and further troubleshoot. If students continue to display connection errors, please submit a support request with our team so that we can investigate further.
