Hapara Service Disruption (Illinois Only) - January 10th, 2017 - RESOLVED Follow

Accessing Hapara Dashboard should now be working, we are currently continuing to work with Google to monitor the situation.

Update: We have contacted Google and they have advised that they are aware of the Outage and they currently working on the outage and they are hopeful to have a resolution in place very soon.

It appears that the outage is location specific, with the problem affecting users in the Illinois area.

Users are currently unable to access TeacherDashboard.com and may see the following error depending on the browser being used.

If you are in the Illinois area and you are unable to access your Hapara Dashboard, clear your cache and try again. If the issue persists, please check with your current Internet provider and also contact Hapara Support to confirm you are affected.
