Resolved 16:10 PT: Google has confirmed full resolution now and we are seeing positive usage across all Hapara products. If you are experiencing ongoing problems, please submit a support request to the Hapara Support team.

Update 14:45 PT: Google has identified the root cause of the errors and is working to mitigate. We are seeing positive results within our test environment, and will update this Post again once Google confirms full resolution.

Update 13:15 PT: Google has confirmed that they are investigating an issue which directly impacts Hapara functionality.

At approximately 12:40 pm PT or 9:40 NZT, we began receiving elevated reports of Hapara not loading.

Our Engineering team is current investigating the root cause of the disruption, and we hope to have things back very soon.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and are confident this can be resolved quickly.

Users trying to access Hapara Dashboard, Workspace, Highlights, and the Hapara Admin Console may see the 'loading' spinner for long periods of time, or may be unable to load anything at all.
