Highlights Service Disruption - Feb 1, 2017 - RESOLVED Follow

At approx 06:00 am Pacific time, we received elevated reports of Hapara Highlights related errors. You may have seen an error in the student panel of Highlights. Eg: "Just a minute, we are connecting to student device."

Our team found the root cause of this disruption was due to a temporary configuration issue in the Hapara Backend. We've resolved this now, and are making further improvements to avoid these errors in the future.

We apologise for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience while we investigated and worked to resolving this disruption.

If you experience any Highlights errors, please run a Highlights Student Diagnostics Check in the first instance to isolate the problem and further troubleshoot.
