At approximately 07:30 PST, 02:30 NZT, we were alerted to a deterioration of service with Hapara Highlights.

When viewing classes on Hapara Highlights, you might see the error intermittently "We lost connection, Retrying" or experience longer than usual loading times in student panels. The error

If the automated retry fails to display the student tiles, please click on the RETRY button

The Hapara Engineering team are currently working on the fix to the disruption.
