Hapara Dashboard is a cloud based solution that relies on the Schools’ tenant Azure Active Directory & Office 365 Education to provide teachers with access to student content.
Due to wide variations in the way schools set up their Active Directory, apply Office 365 Education licenses and use O365 Apps, it is useful to set up some test accounts for the Hapara Support team to ensure configuration is completed properly and to help with troubleshooting if needed.
The following is recommended:
- Create a Test Teacher account with the standard Office 365 license applied to teachers in your domain - e.g. email@example.com.
- Create a Test Student account with the standard Office 365 license applied to students in your domain - e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Add the test Teacher into the Teachers group.
