Deledao ActiveScan, presented by Hāpara - Reports Follow

The Report tab in the Admin Console for Deledao ActiveScan, presented by Hāpara displays student activity for sites that were allowed and blocked. Viewing can be filtered by time frame, org unit, student ID or location. Reports are available with lists of all sites visited, allowed sites or blocked sites.  Report searches do not use a fuzzy search by default.  To use a fuzzy search, check the box.

The blocked category of Adult Content will display a magnifying glass to allow the viewing of the site before the block.

Hovering over the red circle with a diagonal line displays the enforced rule.

The house symbol indicates if the site was visited on or off campus.

Add a site to the blocked list by clicking the blue box with a check.

Add a site to the allowed list by clicking the red box with an X. 

To see details on entries, hover over the 3 dots under status to see the rule name, category, device IP address, policy version, and Org Unit/Group.

Click Download Report in the upper right corner to choose .csv or PDF.

If you find a URL has been allowed or blocked that is miscategorized and would like the site to be reviewed by the AI team to determine if any further changes will be needed to adjust it, you are able to report this and send feedback via the Reclassify action button.

Saved reports can be set up to allow for ease of reference for particular students or OUs/groups when needed. When saved, these customized reports can be accessed at any time and will show up-to-date results of web filter activity.
